Do I qualify?

Medical Professionals

  • You will need to be currently employed in one the above medical professions
  • Unlike other professions who also receive LMI waiver, there are no minimum income requirements.
  • Current AHPRA registration

Legal Professionals

  • Practicing Certificate
  • Your job title NEEDS to include Lawyer, Solicitor, Barrister & Partner. Any other title and we’ll need to expertly present your situation to convince the bank you qualify.
  • Your income needs to be above $120,000 (unless you live in NSW, QLD, VIC & ACT which requires an income of $150,000+). This can
    include rental income & your spouse’s income.

Finance Professionals

  • Current CPA, CA, CFA, FIAA or IPA membership
  • Your job title NEEDS to include Accountant, Finance Manager, Auditor, Financial Controller, CFO, Partner, Actuary or Director. Any
    other title and we’ll need to expertly present your situation to convince the bank you qualify.
  • Your income needs to be above $120,000 (unless you live in NSW, QLD, VIC & ACT which requires an income of $150,000+). This can
    include rental income & your spouse’s income.
